Once your order is placed it is very hard to make changes. We will try to accommodate requests if they sent within 48 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to us via email: info@feryfashion.com

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately. You must request cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has been shipped and is currently in transit, please know we can no longer facilitate a cancellation.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email containing your invoice will be sent to the email linked to your order within 24 hours. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once your order has been dispatched by our Warehouse Team, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. This can take up to 5 business days to process. If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

We aim to restock our newest collections every 2 months. We are importing designs from Turkey, so there are package delays at times. Very few designs will be back in stock once it sold out. We aim to always offer new designs.
